We are VERY limited in the number of students we take to create a fantastic learning experience. It is NOT easy to have you transfer to another session, with balancing course numbers, booking and paying ahead for the hall etc. Please check your schedule carefully before signing up to make sure you can make ALL dates and times. If you are not sure wait until closer to the course date to sign up. Availability is updated regularly online. There is no refund, just possible transfer. Transfers are not easy for us to do so do not ask without expecting a large transfer fee. Transfers will not be an option if there is no space available in the session you are asking to transfer to. Also, no transfer will be available if by transferring out you will cause a drop below the minimum to run level and therefore cause a course cancellation. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE confirm you can attend all dates beforehand.
However, we recognize that life sometimes throws us a curveball and we may be able to transfer you to another course within a 1-3 month window depending on schedule and availability, there is a minimum fee of $179 for that. If you just decide to go to another session because it becomes more convenient for you, there is a minimum fee of $179 for that if course is not full and is prior to 15 day window.
If within 15 business days or course has become full and signups cutoff at any time before start date there is no refund.
No shows forfeit all course fees.
We can possibly waive fee for valid reasons with documentation for medical or family emergencies.
We always strive to run all posted courses and rarely cancel, but a minimum may be required for some locations or dates. Red Cross policy is to notify approx. 2 days before if a course will be cancelled. A no fee transfer to another session will be offered or a full refund if you prefer. If there is an emergency within the 2 days we will strive to get another instructor but participant recognizes there may be things beyond our control that cause a cancellation and will not hold Harper Medical or its agents responsible.You are responsible for all costs you may incur if any cancellation were to happen such as but not limited to time off work, hotel, airfare or anything else.
Agressive, hostile, argumentative and generally disruptive behaviour to our instructor or other participants will have a zero tolerance policy. You will be asked to leave and your fees will be forfeit.
